Hot Water Tank - 50 gallon

Selling my buy out from Enercare for a 50 gallon hot water tank.
There are no issues with it, I purchased it with the house, however I’ve recently started some renovations and required a different venting type, so I’ve purchased my own unit instead of renting.
The unit has conventional venting.
