What are the prices?

Rusted sheets = $2 per square foot
Non rusted sheets = $1 per square foot
Aluminum sheets = $0.7 per square foot

Example:
For example, a 3’ x 8’ sheet of tin is 24 square feet.
Rusted tin = $2 per square foot x 24 square feet = $48
Non rusted tin = $1 per square foot x 24 square feet = $24
Aluminum roofing = $.7 per square foot x 24 square feet = $16.8

How do we charge?
The cost tin is dependant on square footage and NOT by the running foot.

What is a square foot?
A square foot is a square 12” x 12” or 30cm x 30 cm. Thickness does not come into play.

What is a running foot?
A running foot is a set or predetermined standardized 3’ width. Similar to what’s often seen with flooring, trim and moulding. All metal roofing tin is the exact same 3’ width, so roofing companies standardized their prices based on each sheet being the same.

Why do we charge by the square foot and not a running foot?
No reason other than the majority of our calculations are based off of square footage so it just makes our life simpler. You could also take our square foot prices and multiply them by 3 to figure out the running foot cost.

Where are we located ?
We are located in Luskville, 20 minutes outside of downtown Ottawa.

Do we deliver?
Yes we do! Deliveries are made at different intervals throughout the week.

Can we install your tin?
Yes we can! Every project is different so inquire today.

Is the tin installation ready?
Every piece is clean, and square. Unlike our competitors, our tin comes ready to be installed saving you time and money.

Are there nails?
Nail content varies on every product and every piece. We do our best to ensure all the nails have been fully removed, however 100% certainty cannot be achieved.

Do we guarantee our work?
Satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. Although this hasn’t happened to date, we will exchange unsatisfactory pieces for new ones.

Do we offer a contractor discount?
Yes we do. Send us an email or give us a call.

Can we see pictures before we buy?
We photograph everything from start to finish. Let us know what interests you and we can send some pictures.

Will we be able to supply a large order on a regular basis?
Yes we will. Our stock is constantly revolving; coming and going on a regular basis.

Is the tin dry?
Once processed, our tin is piled and stored out of the elements in our heated barn.

Which types of tin do we offer?
The tin comes in either of two types. Ribbed or Corrugated

What widths and lengths do we have?
Lengths vary from 3’ – 12’ in the standard 3’ width

When are we open ?
